Cooperative's main store in Springfield, says he was aware of the Williamses
operation for years but was skeptical about claims relating to emus until his
wife, Sandy, was injured in a horseback riding accident. "Three years ago this

After having joint pains for several years, I was diagnosed
with Osteoarthritis in 1990. These pains would move around and show up in my
shoulder, hips, elbows, knees, fingers and in my back. I had pain somewhere
every day and some days in several different places at the same time. The pain
hindered my mobility and it also kept me from sleeping good at night. My doctor
prescribed Naprozen, Piroxicam and later Fenoprofen to ease the pain. I was
taking up to 1000mg of these drugs daily. They did ease the pain a little, but
they also left me drowsy and with a drugged feeling. I was also informed by my
doctor that there were other side effects that I must watch for, such as
dizziness, nausea, headaches, diarrhea and possibly liver or kidney damage. In
1997, after hearing of others who had taken emu oil for arthritic pain and other
ailments, I decided to quit prescription drugs and try emu oil. I starting
taking a teaspoon of emu oil or would just drink a swallow straight from the emu
oil container several times a day. Since I didn't keep records, I am not sure
just how long it took before my pains eased away, but it seemed like it happened
within 30-60 days. Since the emu oil had worked so great, we started having the
emu oil put into gel-caps as this made it easier for me to take. I currently
take (3) 750 mg. gel-caps of pure emu oil every morning during breakfast. I have
not taken any prescription drugs for nearly 5 years. All that I currently take
for my arthritic condition is emu oil gel-caps. I have been amazed at the pain
relief and the fact that it
has nearly eliminated all of my pain and it has done this without me having to
take prescription drugs. Since emu oil is natural, I have had no side effects

After leading a very active lifestyle; U.S. Marines, years of
intense competition and barefoot water skiing, years of competitive volleyball,
long distance backpacking and many years of standing on my feet or on my knees
repairing large computers, my knees finally gave out. In 1998, at the age of 58,
my knees had reached a point that I could not squat down, couldn't bend over
very far nor could I make quick turns when walking without very intense pain. I
could not find a comfortable way to sleep at night, therefore seldom getting a
restful night's sleep. After examination and x-rays from an athletic orthopedic
specialist, I was told that I had old torn cartilage, worn out knee caps and
considerable arthritis in my knee joints from old injuries and excessive wear
and tear. He suggested surgery and started me on cortisone shots into the knees
to relieve the pain for a while. The cortisone never really gave me any relief
at all and I didn't want surgery. Since my wife had already had so much success
taking emu oil for her Osteoarthritis, I thought that I would give emu oil a

The pain left my knees almost immediately and I gained complete mobility of my
knees just as I had enjoyed during my younger years. I now only have pain in my
knees when I do extreme work or play that really calls on my knees, such as play
volleyball or stand on a concrete floor for long hours. I am now 62 years old
and can do almost everything that I want to do, as the pain is mostly gone and
my knee flexibility/mobility is better than normal for my age. I can now squat
on my ankles just as I could do in my 30's and 40's. About two years ago, I quit

I severely burned the back of my hand while removing a cooking pan from a hot oven. My husband was out of town and I didn't have a car to go to the doctor so I applied, ice, butter and a burn cream that the drug store down the road recommended. Nothing relieved the severe pain and the entire back of my hand was starting to turn white. Since we started using your emu oil, we have found several more applications that you may or may not know about. We use emu oil on fire-ant stings and it immediately takes away the pain of the sting and hardly even swells. We have also been using pure emu oil on our new granddaughter's diaper rash and are absolutely amazed at how fast it removes the rash and redness.
